Collegiate Diversity Leadership Conference:  4:00pm to 7:00pm

Graduate Diversity Leadership Conference:    5:30pm to 8:00pm

Once you complete your profile (5-7) minutes you will receive and immediate email advising you of next steps. If you are invited, you will receive an invitation on or before January 31st or earlier,  when you will be asked to RSVP.   Duke junior, senior or graduate students who value employers that actively support diversity recruiting and mentoring initiatives should apply to attend.  Sponsors include General Electric, ExxonMobil, American Express, McKesson, Eli Lilly, Central Intelligence Agency, Best Buy, Fortune Brands, Teach for America and many other leading U.S. employers. Up to one-hundred fifty students/grads from the greater Raleigh/Durham area who are pursuing an undergraduate or post-graduate degree (juniors, seniors, masters and PhD candidates) or Duke Alumni with professional work experience will be invited to attend either the Collegiate (juniors/graduating seniors from 4:00-7:00PM) or the Graduate (grad school students or working professionals 5:30-8:00PM) networking and recruiting dinner conferences. (ALL COSTS WHILE AT THE CONFERENCE PAID BY THE HOST EMPLOYERS)  

You will have the opportunity to:

• Engage in in-depth discussions with representatives from each employer
• Enjoy a meal and network with other students or experienced professionals.
• Participate in a panel discussion where employers describe their industry, company and their diversity recruiting practices.
• Obtain inside information from each employer
• Make a POWERFUL PERSONAL IMPRESSION and NEW CONTACTS.
