Embracing the Spirit of Community

Multicultural Connections is a program during Orientation that introduces new students to the diverse cultural communities on campus and provides an opportunity for 1st-years to meet upperclassmen in those communities - and each other!   The class of 2013 is entering the university at a time when it is concentrating much energy on setting a course that we hope will culminate in the establishment of a truly inclusive campus community, a community that at once seeks commonality among its members while honoring, respecting, and valuing the diversity represented within.
