Held during Orientation Week, the reception welcomes new African and African American students to campus and gives them a preview of the African/African American student experience at Duke.

Multicultural Connections Luncheon

Part of the Multicultural Center's Orientation Week events, the Luncheon introduces new students to the cultural communities on campus and gives them opportunities to network with upperclassmen in these communities.
