CENTRALIZATION
What is Centralization?
Centralization is the general organization of assets and resources
of a group or organization into a system that is easy to use,
access, and change. This system has the ability to contribute to
effective programming, efficient communication, and fruitful
outreach initiatives.
Why is Centralization Important?
Centralization basically boils down to being organized. It often
entails being systematic or strategic. To be strategically
organized helps organizations avoid recurrent pitfalls.
Centralization helps to address these problems and keep the
organization organized.
- Recurrent pitfalls:
- Replacing important work that was not stored properly
- Having inexperienced leaders due to poor transitional material
- Miscommunicating of information
